As a first time client at our luxury pet grooming salon, we do ask that you take some time to review our policies and other important information prior to booking. The safety of the pets in our care is our top priority so we have put in place a handful of policies designed to keep both the pets and our staff safe and the salon operating efficiently.
Appointment Etiquette

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled drop off time and allow your pet adequate time to use the restroom outside before entering the lobby.

If you cannot drop off your pet, please call ahead of time to speak with the groomer about the services desired so that we can quickly check your pet in.

When you drop off, your groomer will work out a time for pick up with you (pick up as soon as complete, a set pick up time, or pick up at the end of the day). You will receive a text or call when your pet is finished.
Please note: All new Doodles are required to stay on a 4-8 week schedule.
