Every Month
Each month your pet will visit the salon for the main service of your choice (Full Service Groom, Maintenance, or Bath). The main service is all inclusive so your pet gets VIP treatment without the added $$. Add ons included are nail grinding, teeth brushing, dematting, shampoo upgrades, and more! Main services will be pre booked out so you no longer need to worry if you remembered to book your next appointment.
Additionally, your pet will visit the salon a SECOND time each month for their Mini Bath. Mini baths are designed to help keep your pup clean and mat free, all the time. You can prebook these or call us as needed.
Does your pet occasionally need a haircut but not every month? No worries! If you select Bath or Maintenance Club, you can upgrade to a Full Service Groom as needed.
Pets that are groomed regularly tend to be healthier and happier. They do not get matted and health problems are quickly noticed. Groomer's check every inch of your dog during a groom so we often can notice changes in their health that might not have been obvious under all of their hair. They also enjoy the experience more because it is a routine part of their life, not a scary random event. We build a relationship with each pet and pride ourselves in becoming part of their care team.
Standing appointments remove the stress of remembering appointments, wondering if you remembered to book your next appointment, or accidentally letting too much time pass between grooms. You still receive our reminder texts two days before your appointment.
Having a grooming bill that isn't consistent can make budgeting for your pets expenses difficult. As a VIP club member, your pricing is consistent and locked in. That means that you will no longer have added fees for add ons, dematting, cancellations or no show fees. Your price will stay the same each month, even if we increase our normal prices. As long as your membership is active, you keep your price for the life of your pet.
As a member, your grooming service is as simple and dropping your dog off and picking them up. No more scheduling appointments, spending time checking your dog in/out at each appointment, and worrying about the ever changing costs associated with owning a pet.
Terms & Conditions
Membership fees are charged monthly on the 1st of the month. Missed appointments and unused services are forfeited and do not roll over. If your payment fails you have 5 days to pay/update payment before your membership is canceled. Price lock ends when your membership is canceled and re-joining will be at the current membership rate. If your pets appointments fall twice in a month that appointment will be skipped. Only 2 appointments per month will be scheduled.
